Throughout his career, Mr. Qawasmi has held several significant positions. He started as a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting in Financial Institutions, progressed to a Senior Manager role at CitiBank, and eventually became the Managing Director of a consulting practice. His expertise spans Digital Transformation, IMS and Central Banking, corporate turnaround, innovation improvement, and implementation, as well as e-banking services. His retail banking experience includes notable institutions such as SHB, ANB, AlJazeera, SAMBA, and Al-Fransi.

Mr. Qawasmi’s extensive training and certifications cover Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Credit Risks, Equity Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, REIF, Six Sigma, and Malcolm Baldrige among others.
